Now, we’re inviting an experienced and driven management consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients, working with them to make good decisions about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
  • Developing and recognizing business opportunities, building solid client relationships and generate sales.
  • Identifying problems, critically reviewing facts, recognizing the root causes, and providing multiple, practical and sound solutions.
  • Achieving high levels of productivity through personal effort, taking responsibility to ensure tasks are completed on time and with high quality, striving to obtain a challenging goal, and showing a strong drive to follow through with and complete what was started.
  • Managing complexity by making decisions based on logical assumptions, relevant facts, examination of alternatives and consideration of available resources.

Skills:

  • Completed Master’s degree or equivalent, with demonstrated high performance.
  • Experience from a management consulting firm, an in-house strategy team, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to respond proactively and positively to ambiguity.
  • Recognizing the complex interrelationships among business activities and understanding the "big picture" of how decisions impact the overall business, other units, outcomes or processes.
  • Capability to manage and make progress against multiple simultaneous demands in short time frames, and to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic context with shifting priorities.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, and effectively interacting and communicating with teams across various organizations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Norwegian and English written and spoken language skills.
