STIM is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager in Iceland. We are looking for a positive, driven professional to manage the key accounts within our customer portfolio and work to expand our presence in the booming Icelandic aquaculture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and sales support to our customer base.
Meet or exceed sales targets and drive profitable growth with assigned accounts.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Analyze customer and market trends to accurately forecast demand for assigned accounts.
Coach and monitor the performance of relevant colleagues.
Qualifications:
Essential: Knowledge and experience in the aquaculture industry.
Preferred: Sales experience and strong commercial acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in computer literacy.
Ability to perform well under deadlines.
Full driving license and willingness to undertake work related travel.
