We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology teams and spearhead the development and implementation of our RAS technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure our technological advancements drive significant business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy.
- Manage relationships with technology suppliers and partners.
- Evaluate and select suitable technology solutions and services.
- Oversee the development and implementation of scalable and secure technology systems, software, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Heads of Engineering, R&D, and Automation to support technical solutions and design.
- Participate in the Technical Assurance Board (TAB) to evaluate and endorse changes.
- Accelerate innovation to enhance products, services, and processes.
- Assist the commercial team in securing contracts and establishing partnerships.
- Represent the company to potential customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within the aquaculture industry, with a strong track record in developing and implementing technology solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology and current industry trends.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering innovation and driving technology strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve strategic technology objectives.
- Prior experience with client-side development in the aquaculture industry is highly desirable.
